Parties

ABC offers an original approach to parties, combining great value with freedom of choice. 

A standard 2 hour party slot costs £100, and includes exclusive use of the whole play centre, enough tables and chairs for up to 20 children, unlimited squash, use of our Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi, and complimentary printed invitations.

We give you the freedom to bring your own food, or we can do the catering.

You can also add optional extras or choose a theme for your party.

​

  Availability can be checked in the ' Upcoming Events and Parties' page of this site,

and secured with a £20 non-refundable deposit. You can then pay the balance for the party and any optional extras at the time of booking, or message us with your requirements and pay later,  no later than 2 weeks before your party.

A range of optional extras can then be added:

• Food, inc. paper plates and napkins, £3.50/head

• E.g., sandwich, fruit, crisps, individual cake/cookie

Including  2 hour exclusive hire of the whole playcentre, squash, use of our

Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi, printed invitations, themed paper plates,

cups, napkins, tablecloth, balloons, character cut-out and photo-backdrop.

Terms & Conditions.

​

Our safe capacity of 60 people (including 2 staff) must not be exceeded.

If too may people arrive, some will be asked to leave.

If you invite a high number of children, such as a whole class, numbers can be managed by inviting 1 adult per child, +/ or some adults care for more than 1 child.

 

The £20 deposit must be paid to secure your booking.

The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before your party.

Failure to pay the balance on time will invalidate your booking, and your slot be readvertised.

A contact number must be provided when booking.

​

ABC Children's Centre is aimed at children aged 0-7, but we do welcome older guests if they are well behaved and considerate of the safety and comfort of others, and our property.

Violence or aggression will not be tolerated. Offenders and their families will be asked to leave.

Damages by older children must be paid for by the person who booked the party.

 

You are welcome to set up balloons & banners up to 20 minutes before your party,

You and your guests must leave on time to allow us time to prepare for our next party.

You are welcome to arrange your own party entertainment, such as character visits.

Cancellation Policy

​

The £20 deposit is non-refundable.

​

Failure to pay the outstanding balance in full at least 2 weeks before the party will result in us cancelling your party, and your slot being readvertised.

Cancelation by You

​

Cancellation more than 4 weeks before party: 75% refund of payment, excluding the deposit.

​

Cancellation 2-4 weeks before party: 50% refund of payment, excluding deposit.

​

Cancellation within 2 weeks of the party: 25% refund, excluding deposit and food

ONLY IF the slot is resold.
